Sweet potato update.
At 30 or so days…magic! (this is how they looked March 29th)
Their roots are just beautiful, and the water has begun to support a healthy little colony of algae. When I bend down, nice and close, it smells just a little bit like the pond I used to catch tad poles in many springs ago.
